As part of our ongoing commitment to continually improve TANE we have released the Hotfix 2 update. This patch, which provides overall improved stability, is available via auto-patcher or through a manual patch that can be downloaded here (scroll down the page to find the links in the right-hand column).
HIghlights of this update include:
Fog and shadows now appear in in-game screenshots
Environment settings can now be edited per session
A number of crash fixes
Performance tweaks and optimisations
Speedtree "disappearing fronds" fixed
And dozens more fixes and updates
A longer list of updates and enhancements have been developed as part of the larger "Service Pack 1" update which will also deliver the final Kickstarter Stretch Goal "Interlocking Towers". Stay tuned for information on when you can check out the Service Pack 1 "Open Beta" test which will be available for all existing TANE owners.
